No Commission Fee.
Standard Rooms are $1195/Month, Premium Rooms with own full bathroom are $1250/Month.

Limited Rooms Available.

Currently each roommate is paying $100 for utilities, including Electricity, Water, Air Conditioning, Heat, Gas and High Speed Internet.

We will provide weekly cleaning to the common areas, so you can concentrate on your work, study and life, while we also provide daily consumables such as toilet paper, hand wash, dish wash and detergent.

New washer and dryer available to use for free.
