We have been living here for 2 years and love this apartment. The unit has huge windows with lots of sunlight and a spectacular view of Brooklyn, parts of Manhattan, and the Statue of Liberty! Both bedrooms are a great size. One of our favorite things about living here is the amazing closet space. There are two huge entry closets, a linen closet, a pantry, a large bedroom closet and a huge walk-in.

The building has tons of amenities. These will be included with the lease. There is a huge bike/stroller storage room, and a full-sized gym. The outdoor space has BBQs, private cabanas, picnic tables, and a movie screening area. There is also a beautiful rooftop with a movie room, a pool table, beautiful outdoor seating, and a sunbathing area. The views are both of Brooklyn and of the Manhattan skyline. The doormen and porters are incredibly professional, kind, and responsive.

The neighborhood is great, close to Fort Greene, Downtown Brooklyn, and Park Slope. BAM, Barclays, and Whole Foods are just a few blocks away. Lots of subway lines run nearby and are very accessible and close.

The landlord will allow anyone who takes over the remainder of our lease an option to renew for the next year. We are sad to be leaving, but we have purchased a home so it's time for us to move on.
