I am moving solely for my job to be closer to work. I have loved living here! It has been a phenomenal experience and I love my roomates to death. The apartment is second to none. I really believe you can’t beat this deal. Sad to be leaving it and because of the high demand of this type of unit it is important to make sure you and the current tenants will get along. Assuming you are clean, respectful, and kind that shouldn’t be a problem!

This apartment sits at the edge of Hudson yards and is very modern. The building has a full gym, full roof top, full time doorman, and the unit has in unit washer and dryer appliances.

I am somewhat flexible to move in but would like to do the first or second week of September.

This is a Lease break. This means you will officially be on the lease. You are welcomed to even meet the landlord.
