Property Details

I (24 male) have to move out immediately due to family issues back home, which breaks my heart because I love my roommates and our home!

Rent is $700 a month and utilities are about $100 a month. The apartment is a second floor walk up. Sadly, no pets or couples are allowed to join. Our lease ends March 31, 2020.

We’re looking for someone who:
- Is LGBT friendly (the roommates are a gay couple that share the other room)
- Is cat friendly (we have two sweet, cuddly kitties)
- Is 420 friendly (we do smoke weed from time to time)
- Has a credit score of 700+ (or has a guarantor with a credit score of 700+, this is required by management)
- Makes at least $28k a year (or has a guarantor that makes at least $56k a year – also required by management)
- Doesn’t have a criminal history that would show up on a background check (required by management)
- Can pay a security deposit ($700) and first month’s rent upfront, so $1,400 total
- Is chill and likes to maintain a peaceful and clean home environment

A little about the roommates: Andy (29 male) is a cook who enjoys video games, film, and craft beer. Jimmi (29 male) is a barista and actor who likes yoga, fashion, and Star Wars. They are a couple and like to stay in rather than going out.

The bedroom has extra-tall windows, doors and walls. There are two big windows that bring in a ton of sunshine. There is a closet in the room. I can leave behind my full-size mattress and canopy bed frame (just purchased in April) or I can get rid of them before you move in – whichever you prefer.

Our kitchen is newly renovated and has all stainless steel appliances and lots of cabinetry. The bathroom has a window, fan, deep tub/shower and is also newly renovated. There is laundry in the building with four new LG machines that are payable via an app (no more quarters – woo!).

We are flexible with a move-in date, as long as it is in July or August. The application is all online through the management company. It only takes about 30 minutes to complete and about one day to process and get approved.
