I am looking for someone to take over my portion of the lease (would live with two guys who work in finance).
The apartment is a three bedroom, one bathroom apartment on the second floor of a walk up in Cobble Hill. The apartment has shelves set up on the wall, perfect for placing a TV, books, or even clothing. We easily fit a queen sized bed and a large dresser and there is still plenty of space. The apartment also has a very large living area. There is a TV, couch, and dining room table in the living area. There is also laundry in the basement of the building.
The landlord is very nice and accommodating , but wants to run a background check on potential tenants. Rent payments are set up through Place Pay, so it's super convenient. Heat and hot water are included in the rent. The lease terminates on June 30, 2020.
Apartment is located in the heart of Cobble Hill (tons of bars and restaurants) between Court and Smith Sts. Two blocks from Bergen St. F/G and less than ten minute walk to Borough Hall (2/3/4/5/R) and Jay St.-Metrotech (A/C/F/R). One/two stops from downtown Manhattan. A few stops from Prospect Park and the Prospect Park Zoo. Easy walk to the East River and Dumbo. Perfect apartment/location for young professionals or students.
