Property Details
I'm looking for someone to take over my room/lease in a newly renovated 3 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment in Greenpoint July 1st (the neighborhood the NY Times just labeled the most underrated). 6 months left on the lease but you'd have the option of renewing.
Reasons why you'd be lucky to live here:
- Washer & Dryer in the unit (Yes, you read that right).
- Dishwasher & new fridge (Yes, you also read that right).
- 2 bathrooms (Newly renovated, I might add).
- AMPLE closet & storage space (it's actually ridiculous).
- Bay windows in the room (so the lighting is great).
- Sunlights in the living room (because the landlord really went all out).
- Backyard access (Yes...OUTDOOR SPACE)
- 2 extremely easy going roommates (Seriously, they're a dream).
- It's mere blocks away from McCarren Park, TØRST & Sprtizenhouse, and the world famous...PETER PAN DONUTS (among many other bucket list worthy places).
-The Landlord is amazing (unlike many buildings he fixes any issues almost as fast as they occur).
-Tall ceilings (so you never feel trapped)
