Hi,

I am subletting my bedroom in my spacious 2 bedroom park slope apartment. I am interested in sub-letters that are interested in renting for either the month of July or the month of August or for both months. The rent would be $1,150 per month.

The apartment is very spacious and located on 5th Ave near the Barclays Center. The location is ideal because it's on a cool street with tons of restaurants, shops, and cafes and very close to the train station, prospect park and Brooklyn bridge.

The tenant you'd be sharing the apartment with is female who works as a nurse. She is super laid back and enjoys working out and reading. She is not here that often, because she stays at her boyfriends half the week. Also, she does have a cat that is super shy and stays in the her bedroom most of the time.

Additional fee

If this ends up being a good fit, I would request a $200 deposit to hold the space until the start of the sublet. The $200 would go towards the rent.

Also, utility bills are not included in the rent, and would cost an additional $100 per month.
