We are the current tenants in the building. Having happily lived here for almost 4 years, we are moving out to accommodate our expanding life. The building does not allow short term rentals, AirBnB etc. and enforces this quite strictly. You may renew the lease at the prevailing rate should you choose to, subject to acceptance by the building management.

Incentives

The monthly rent is actually $3,400, but your monthly rent nets out to $3,200 until the end of the lease on Dec 22, 2019.

Additional fee

We expect you to have the apartment professionally cleaned before you move out. Failing this, we will engage with such a service and deduct the charges from your security deposit.

Additional $300/month for electricity, wifi, and cable which is waived if you sign up for your own.
