We are seeking to reassign our lease on Sept 1 2019. Current lease expires April 30th 2020. Assignee can have option to renew. Rent is $3,600 per month. Assignee will need to apply online directly with Gracie Mews Landlord and pay $100 credit processing fee per application. If approved, Assignee will pay Landlord first month's rent and reimburse security deposit (equal to one month's rent) to us. Assignee will be subject to Landlord’s standard application process and approval. Landlord does not allow roommates or dogs as pets. Service dogs will require additional paperwork for Landlord review. Apartment will be left to assignee as-is, vacant and broom swept.
