Property Details

We are two friends, Eby and Ashwin, who have been sharing this 2 bed 1 bath apartment since August 1st, 2018. We are clean and super chill. Eby will be moving out on July 31st, 2019 as he found a new job in Manhattan and prefers to be closer to his place of work. We are looking for a person to occupy his room by August 1st, 2019. He/She can sublet the room for a minimum of 3 months (until the end of October), or continue to occupy the room past that date and become a part of the lease.

The apartment is on the 6th and top most floor of the building with an elevator. Right above us is a rooftop perfect for throwing parties or a BBQ.
A block away from an array of great bars and restaurants on Franklin Ave
5 min and 8 min walk to the A and C trains at the Franklin Ave and Nostrand Ave stations respectively.

I, Ashwin, am a 26 year old male who came to the US 4 years ago from India. I received a Masters degree in Biomedical Engineering from Columbia University and have a steady job working as a Neuroscientist at SUNY Downstate Medical Center for the last 2 years. I work regular hours. LGBTQ and 420 friendly. I usually don't bring the party home but you could and it is totally cool with me.
