This is a nice 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment with stainless steel appliances and granite. Amenity building with rooftop pool, really well appointed gym, onsite dry-cleaning and access walkable access to multiple bars and restaurants in the area. I unfortunately have a need to relocate to Miami for work and am looking for someone to take on a lease assignment with the building, available as soon as July 1, at least you will be able to enjoy the weather and the pool. This building is the QLIC building. I have brand new furniture and bedding, dining table etc I am willing to part with that I furnished the apartment with when I moved in (4 months ago). Its a great safe building across the street from the Queens Plaza stop and 7 minutes, 1 stop from Manhattan.
