My wife and I have recently purchased an apartment in Manhattan and are moving shortly. We have absolutely loved living at JP, hands down the best apartment we have ever lived in. The unit was brand new and we are the first to live in it and as you can see from the pictures, we like to take care of it. Washer and Dryer is included in unit, the amenities are incredible, and transportation is a breeze.

The Fine Print: This will be a lease transfer; you essentially will take over our lease until expiration. The initial lease (Rate of $3,126) expires on February 14th 2020. I have confirmed with building management that should you choose to stay they will honor the rent stabilization and only increase the rent ($3,126) at their allowed rate (approximately 1.5%) from 2/2020 through 2/2021. This means rent should be right around $3,173 and stabilized after 02/2020 for as long as you stay. JP is almost full! The building requires your standard background and credit check and only one month’s rent security deposit (which you will be responsible for). The apartment will not be furnished.
