recently refurbished apartment in Brooklyn. directly across the street from Rockaway subway station for the A/C trains. washer/dryer in basement. willing to leave the room furnished with a nightstand, dresser, and XL twin bed I bought just two months ago. plenty of kitchen/fridge shelf space. female preferred. the other two girls in the apt. are fight attendants so we are rarely all home at the same time, and often gone on trips.
