Beautiful 3BR/2BA apartment in the heart of Nolita. I've lived here for two years and absolutely love this apartment / location. Unfortunately, I need to relocate within the next month and I am looking for someone to move into my room for the remainder of the lease (which expires in January with an option to renew).

This room is beautiful and bright (even though the pictures were taken on a gloomy day you can see how bright it is!). It has two closets, a faux fire place, large french doors, windowsill running the length of the room (great for pictures or plants!). The room can comfortably fit a queen (or king) bed, dresser, bedside table, bookshelf, desk - pretty much anything you'd need. The living space is fully furnished with a couch, rug, kitchen supplies, etc. All new, stainless steel appliances AND a washer dryer in unit. New hardwood floors and exposed brick - it has all the character you'd want in a classic NYC walk-up, but is also modern and completely renovated. There's also a built in bluetooth speaker which is slightly unnecessary and lavish but a great bonus nonetheless.

5th floor walk up so you can save money on a gym membership. Short walk to the 6/N/Q/R/W/B/D/J/Z. Steps away from amazing restaurants, bars, coffee shops and Soho shopping.
