The current resident is moving out to buy his own apartment. The bedroom for rent is large with more than enough room for a queen size bed, dresser, & TV stand. It has a large closet, but does not have Windows. The room is unfurnished but the rest of the apartment will be fully furnished. The other bedroom will be occupied by a couple who has agreed to split the apartment evenly 3 ways between all residents since the other bedroom does not have a window.
