We are looking to lease a room in a nicely spaced Bushwick apartment; $875 (with utilities = $950) available 6/1.

- The room is in a 4-bed, 1-bath apartment. The building was built in 2011, so everything is pretty new. The bedroom itself is spacious room in the apartment and can fit a double bed. The room can come furnished. We've also got great amenities in the kitchen (microwave, coffee maker, blender, etc.) and rooftop access.

- All roommates are awesome! We hang occasionally but have varying schedules. Young professionals and grad students within the mid 20's/early 30's. We pride ourselves on sharing a space respectfully and keeping it clean and enjoyable for everyone.

- Location is awesome: 1 block away from the J train/Halsey St (40 min commute to the city), a 10 min walk away from the L train (Bushwick Av-Aberdeen St) & 15 min walk from the C (Rockaway Av).

- The neighborhood is a safe, bustling residential area, with conveniently placed laundromats (across the street), grocery stores (a block away), restaurants (around the corner), a library and a post office nearby (two subway stops).

The apartment is available on 6/1 (move-in date negotiable - can be earlier or later).

Incentives

No broker's fee. Only first month and security is needed.

Additional fee

- To move in: security and June rent and utilities.
- Our landlord, Isack will likely interview you to make sure you are a good fit for the apartment.
- You should have standard paperwork on hand (proof of income, an ID, etc.)

Other info

Our roommate is moving out before the lease is up, so you'd be moving in a month earlier, but can still renew with us in July.
