As soon as you enter this distinct approach is apparent through the subtle grasscloth wall-coverings and polished chrome fittings. To the left through the long corridor you’ll enter the kitchen which is directly off of the sunlit living room which overlooks the scenic Crown Heights neighborhood. The main aim of the project was to design rooms that are as functional as they are aesthetically pleasing, which is a key element of June Homes. Further in the rear of the unit you’ll discover three guestrooms which are all designed with a taste of their own. From walnut woods to metal accents, the flat boasts a coordinated styling. Nonetheless, the flat comes with many amenities one would expect from a boutique hotel in a personalized environment that will rightfully make you feel at home.

C - The largest room in the flat features a queen-sized metal bed flanked by two storage nightstands. A decommissioned fireplace draws you further into the room. The room also features a large desk and chair, a reach in closet, and hand picked decor.

Bisected by Eastern Pkwy. — which was designed by Frederick Law Olmsted of Central and Prospect Park fame — the area is now dominated by multi-family homes and features a great mix of businesses and dining options. There’s always a new restaurant or bar to check out, plus independent shops to peruse and stunning historical districts to admire. Experience the seasons at the Brooklyn Botanic Garden, or spend a rainy afternoon at the Brooklyn Children’s Museum.
