Studio apartment in Gateway Plaza. 480sq feet. Faces north, with nice views of the north cove and the river. Honestly a wonderful apartment - I've loved living here and am sad to go.

My lease ends on 9th July. You will be taking over my current lease, and when it ends you have the option to renew it with the building management for another 12 months.

The monthly rent of $2785 does not include utilities (~$50) and wifi (I pay $95 now, but you can get a cheaper plan I suppose). This rate is also for the unfurnished apartment - if you'd like the apartment furnished, we can negotiate a rate.

From the building management: "The incoming tenant will be required to pay a $100 application fee and put down 1st month’s rent, 1 month security plus $195 electric deposit at lease signing. They will also be required to obtain a renters insurance policy. Our preferred vendor is Occupant Shield and their minimum policy costs $217 for the year."
