We’re subletting our 1BR 1 bath apartment in the Level building, right on the water in prime Williamsburg. It’s a luxury building, just finished last year, with a pool, gym, game room, and roof deck. There’s a doorman on duty 24 hours, a playroom for kids, and landscaped area outside for dogs. Only a 7 minute walk to the Bedford station.

Our apartment is in the G unit, facing Greenpoint and the Manhattan skyline over the river. City view from the bedroom, and floor to ceiling windows in the living room. Appliances are stainless steel, with a gas stove and dishwasher, and there is a Bosch washer/dryer in the unit.

Amazing water pressure, Heat/AC, plenty of kitchen storage, and a closet by the door for additional clothing/household items, etc.

We’re looking to move out by May 15th, and our current lease ends November 30th of this year. We’re a bit flexible on the move in date, as long as it’s by June 1st. The rent, $3725/month, is the lowest you’ll get for a 1BR in this building. You will have the option to apply for a new lease before November 30th.

Incentives

I will reimburse the sublease application fee upon signing the sublease agreement and submitting to the management company.

Additional fee

$100 credit check fee. There's a questionnaire I need to fill out with some info from you. Also a recent employment letter, 1 most recent bank statement, 2 most recent pay stubs, and photo ID are needed to be provided to the building for approval.

Other info

There is a 2 pet max allowed in the unit. You will have the option to apply and sign your own lease before November 30th.

Furnishing options: Fully furnished bedroom with a queen bed, headboard and 2 nightstands. Partially furnished living room includes bar stools and armchair.
