The apartment is on the 2nd (top) floor of a 4-unit building. The east-facing rooms get excellent light. Kitchen is equipped with a full-size fridge and gas-top stove. Good sized bathroom with bathtub with new shower head. Hall and bedroom closets provide good amount of storage space. Living room has a new ceiling fan, exposed brick with decorative fireplace. Tin ceiling detail in kitchen and bathroom. Heat and hot water included.

Building is in an excellent location. It is just a block from the Nostrand 3 stop, or you can walk a couple blocks to the President 2/3/4/5. Or, you can take the treelined path on Eastern Parkway to get to the Franklin 2, 3, 4, 5 (10min) and it's about a 15 minute walk to the Nostrand A, C. The 44-Bus stop is right across the street, which you can take you right up to the A/C or Bed-Stuy area. It's about a mile to Grand Army Plaza along Eastern Parkway, all near the Brooklyn Museum, the Brooklyn Botanic Gardens, the Saturday farmers market, and Prospect Park. The neighborhood is studded with restaurants, cafes, and salons, many within a block or two of our apartment. Dry cleaner, laundromat, grocery store and wine shop are also within a 2-block radius.

Building only has three other tenants, so it's low key and pretty quiet. Management company and Super are good about responding to repair needs.

Incentives

Happy to leave behind the wall shelving we've installed in the living room and bathroom if interested. Also have a couple bed frames that can stay or go!

Additional fee

Need to collectively make 40x the rent and each have a credit score of 700 or above. Or, provide extra security deposit and/or guarantors. Will likely undergo standard credit and employment check.
