The building has on-site laundry, indoor bike storage, recycling and compost collection.

It's a quick walk to Union Street R train or multiple trains at Atlantic Ave./Barclays Center making it a super quick commute to Manhattan. The apartment is surrounded by great Brooklyn food (and a chocolate shop downstairs) with multiple grocery stores in walking distance, including the Park Slope Food Co-op and 2 Whole Foods. You can park on the street, if needed. No pets.
