We sought to balance old and new, while renovating this New York City flat which has been overhauled to feature a sequence of bright, white-painted living spaces with colorful decadent details. Found in a highly dynamic area, the property defines the conveniences of living in the City in a hotel like package.

A handful of opulent furnishings dress up this 3 bedroom - 1 bathroom space, including a saddle colored leather sofa, glass dining table, and a slew of designer light fixtures. The palette throughout is monochromatic and soft which balances the various pops of color. Our in-house design team also hand picked all furnishings and decor to give each sleeping chamber its own unique milieu. At June Homes we carefully manicure our spaces to provide an experiential and highly functional living for a truly competitive price.
