We are moving to LA for a new job and need someone to take over the lease on our beautiful apartment ASAP!

What do you love about this place?
We are sad to be leaving our apartment in 4545 Center Boulevard. This is a luxury building constructed in 2014 and so everything is brand new. Long Island City is a great location and has easy access to Brooklyn and Manhattan.

Some things we love:
-Waterfront and New York skyline views as well as a direct view of the Queensboro Bridge
-Plenty of closet space
-Lots of sunlight
-Quiet side of the building, little to no noise from the street
-Brand new stainless steel kitchen appliances including dishwasher

-Laundry room right next door (almost nobody is ever in it, so it's basically private!)

General information:
-You can choose to either take over our lease until the end of August 2019 or to sign a new lease for a full year
