Property Details

We are two friends, Eby and Ashwin, who have been sharing this 2 bed 1 bath apartment since August 1st, 2018. We are clean and super chill. Eby will be moving out on April 22nd. We are looking for a person to occupy his room as early as April 1st, as I, Ashwin, am going on a month long vacation starting March 30th. He/She can sublet the room from April 1st till July 31st (end of the 1 year lease term), or continue to occupy the room past July 31st and become a part of the lease.
The apartment is on the 6th and top most floor of the building with an elevator. Right above us is a rooftop perfect for throwing parties or a BBQ.
A block away from an array of great bars and restaurants on Franklin Ave
5 min and 8 min walk to the A and C trains at the Franklin Ave and Nostrand Ave stations respectively.
The rent per month is $1225 and the utilities come up to around $70 per month.
Also, the room is going to be unfurnished once Eby moves out.

Additional fee

there will be a credit check. Would cost around 15-20 bucks. The landlord would also request for a letter of employment and 3 most recent pay stubs.
