We love our 2 bedroom, 2 bath (approx. 1250 sq. ft.) apartment in Hamilton Heights on the corner of West 143rd St and Riverside Dr, but have to move for a new job opportunity, so we're looking for someone to sublet. Rent is $3350/month. The earliest move in April 5th, and our lease ends at the end of October. We'll consider shorter-term subleases as well, and you would also have the option to enter into a new lease with the landlord instead of subletting, if that's your preference.

The apartment is bright new construction, with large windows, a spacious living/dining room, and a large master bedroom with walk-in closet and en suite bathroom, as well as a smaller second bedroom and another bathroom. In addition to typical appliances (all rendered in stainless steel), the apartment has an in-unit washer/dryer and a dishwasher.

The building (The Alberta) has plenty of amenities, including an elevator, 24-hour doorman who can hold packages and deliveries (including groceries), and a 24-hour gym. Bike storage is available for an additional fee, and covered parking may be available. Pets will be considered.

Our apartment is located in the vibrant Hamilton Heights neighborhood, and is 5 minutes from the 1 train at 145 street station and 10 minutes from the A, B, C, and D trains' 145th street stop. It's a great location if you work in midtown, and ideal for a student at Columbia University (both main campus and at 168th street).
