This is a quiet apartment, with a privacy fence adjacent to a Catholic Church flower garden. Newly installed vinyl sliding windows make for very efficient heating and cooling and noise reduction. There are 16 ft. ceilings, gas stove and standard size refrigerator, a tiled shower, gas heat, and gas water heater.

Laundry machines are located in several locations of the building, and there is a loading dock and freight elevator down the hall. The building is located 4 blocks from the Montrose L station and a block and a half from the Morgan L train station. The neighborhood is an old manufacturing district, with around 15 other renovated factory buildings in the surrounding area. In these buildings, a plethora of art spaces and galleries host weekly openings and performances. We currently do not permit music rehearsal or pet dogs of any kind in the space.

There is a park down the street with basketball courts. Within just 2-4 blocks of the building, there are many restaurants and bars, several coffee shops, a gym, and two 24-hour organic groceries.
