Property Details

$1000 + $200 (security) = $1,200 to move in for the month of April. The move in date is flexible if you need to move in sooner. Utilities are included in the price and you will get the $200 back at the end of the month. Sorry, no couples.

We have one room (furnished) available in our wonderful Bushwick apartment. First, a little about the apartment. It’s the top floor of our building located on Starr. St. and Central Ave., just down the street from a park. It’s full of light with lots of windows and views of trees from every room. There are four bedrooms, a beautiful kitchen with new appliances and a dish washer, and large living room with a big comfy sofa and our own washer/dryer in unit.

The neighborhood is great. It’s about a 10 minute walk from the Jefferson L, with all of the bars, restaurants, food stores and art galleries close by, but it’s far enough away that it’s a little quieter. We live above a cute bakery that makes our stairwell smell nice. Archie’s Pizza (a beloved neighborhood pizza spot) is directly across the street. We’re also only three blocks from the Central M stop, and just 10 minutes from the Myrtle-Broadway JMZ. It’s great.

The apartment has a relaxed, low-key and friendly atmosphere. We all have different schedules but when we bump into each other around the house we like to chat and hang out a bit. We all like to go out and be social but we don’t like to bring the party home with us.. We value good communication among roommates and generally get along really well.
