Apt is very large and private. Rooms are on opposite ends of the apt so you get privacy and it's very quiet. Room has a free ac unit, medium size closet, comfortably fits a full or queen size bed. It will be unfurnished but the rest of the apt is furnished. The apartment has tons of space and storage. The kitchen is large with plenty of counter space and a dishwasher! Huge living room with natural light, tv, fireplace (not working but beautifully decorated).
Roommate is a young professional, female, respectful, works normal hours, hardly home, doesn't mind guests, travels a few times a year. Enjoys wine, movies, fitness. We treat this place like a true home!

Furnished apt, unfurnished room. No pets. Renewal is in September, last year rent went up just $10 each.
