Hi there, I have a room in my 2 bdrm becoming available April 1st. It’s a great size and receives lots of beautiful sunlight. Additionally it has a walk-in closet that can serve as a home office if you would like. The apartment is located in a cute part of Bedstuy near Tompkins Ave, which is a bustling area with a couple bars and a few restaurants. There is great transportation options, such as the A/C train at Nostrand Ave and a lot of different buses. There is also a gym around the corner, and laundry is walking distance, with drop off option as well. I’m looking for a responsible, professional roommate who is respectful, clean, not loud, non smoker(I’m 420 friendly tho) doesn’t bring the party home, works out of the house preferably 9-5. The apartment is furnished, the room is not.
