A true bedroom in a 3 BR/1BA Flex is available for April 15th move-in date. The apartment is located at Waterside Plaza. The room would be open to a female or male. My other two roommates (one girl and one boy) are dental students at NYU so would be ideal for another student or professional.

I am looking for someone to take over my lease that ends Aug 31th, 2019 so whoever is interested will basically be taking over the remainder of the lease from me with an option to resign at the end of the lease. The rent for the room for the remainder of the lease term is $1,416.67 per month plus utilities (varies), internet ($15.00 pp) and renter insurance (currently $15.58 pp) which is required by the leasing company. The apartment is furnished, the room is not furnished.

Full-service door attendant, elevator high-rise with optional gym, swimming pool, sundeck, garage, supermarket, and laundry room!

Additional fee

Along with the rent, you would just need to complete an application with the management company (there is a small application fee $85) and pay a sec deposit of $1450 (if a student the sec deposit may be different).

The new roommate must meet an annual income requirement of at least 36x ($45,000 a year) the room rent and have at least some good credit history with a score over 650, ideally.
