Property Details

We have an open room in our apartment around April 1st (flexible). Our roommate is moving to a different area of NYC to cut costs. The room is a pretty nice flex. It's 12'x9' and has a full floor-to-ceiling wall with a closet built in. It can fit a queen-sized bed, dresser, nightstand, and a small desk. In addition to the built-in closet, there is extra closet space available in the apartment. The room has great light and has a view of the East River. The rest of the apartment is pretty big, 1440 square feet. There is a full living room and a full kitchen with a pantry. There are 2 and 1/2 bathrooms. It's in a doorman building a 7 minute walk from the 6, with a lot of bars and grocery stores nearby. It has a gym, laundry machines, laundry/dry-clean drop-off service, and a bike room. The three of us living here are 2 guys and 1 girl in our 20s/30s . We're social around the apartment. We hang out in the living room sometimes, but are quiet by 11pm on weekdays. We each tend to go out every weekend and maybe one or two nights during the week. We might host a pregame every now and then, and the occasional party, but it's a respectful environment. We're looking for someone who'd fit that.
