As my visa comes to an end, my room in this beautiful east village apartment opens up for the last 2,5 months of the lease.

Please *only* contact me if you can move in per mid April (couple of days earlier move-in is negotiable) and stay until the end of June!

There might be an option to renew (and potentially take over) the 12-month lease at the end of June, but I have no other information on that and new tenant will have to contact the landlord on that after move-in.
