Check out this amazing 1 bedroom in the Upper East Side, located on East 79th between York and East End Ave. This true one bedroom will come furnished with a full sized bed, 7 drawer dresser, full length mirror, two TVs (one with cable, one with a Roku stick), couch, rug, chair, two bar stools and full kitchenware (plates, utensils, etc.). Cable and internet is already set up and we can discuss the details of this. Gas, heat and electric are included within the rent!

The room will be subleased starting April 1st or May 1st and ending on September 30th.

I've lived in this apartment for over 3 years and it's great. It's on the second floor of a walk up which is very clean and quiet. The M79 is literally right across the street and only a 10 minute walk to the Q or 6 train. Minutes away from tons of the best bars and restaurants the city has to offer. The apartment is a short walk to Carl Schurz Park and the East River running / walking path. The management company owns the whole block and they're always around. They have a laundry room that is 2 minutes away that has a ton of washer and dryer machines. The mail room is available for large deliveries and the service guys are always in there if you forgot the key or need something.

To make sure you're serious, please include any forms of social media to prove you're a real person who isn't going to trash my apartment and ruin my furniture. LinkedIn preferred, along with Instagram or Facebook.

I work M - F, 8-6ish, but happy to go in late or come home early if you'd like to view it, but after hours are preferred.

Lastly, as the management company does not typically do subleases (they're allowing me, I'll explain in person) the approval process may take up-to 30 days, but I honestly expect it to be about a week.
