This is an incredibly reasonably priced giant bedroom in a duplex in a great neighborhood with awesome roommates! Available for move-in immediately for duration of the lease (through September 30).


I’m moving in with my boyfriend and am looking for a 20-something professional female to fill my room in a 4-bedroom/2-bathroom duplex in Murray Hill/Kip’s Bay for the remainder of the lease (through 9/30) with opportunity to re-sign. The room is huge – comfortably fits a queen bed, dresser, night table and chair – and has a large closet with extra storage to match. It also has two windows, high ceilings and faces the back of the building so it’s very quiet. The rest of the apartment (living room, kitchen, etc) is fully furnished. The unit has a dishwasher but there is not laundry in the building (plenty of reasonable wash-and-fold places around the corner).


The building is in a prime spot in Murray Hill/Kip’s Bay and is only a 4 minute walk to the 6 train and 3 minute walk to Trader Joe’s. You are surrounded by great restaurants, fun bars and tons of young professionals.


Your roommates are three professional women in their 20s. Everyone is responsible, respectful, clean and down-to-earth. We live in a super friendly environment, but the apartment is big enough/work schedules differ enough that we’re never on top of each other. We also keep all common areas tidy. We’re looking for a chill, clean, friendly person to take the spot.


Rent is only $1310/month + utilities (heat & internet) which run roughly $55-75 per person depending on the season.
