Room has PRIVATE en-suite bathroom. Hallelujah! Room is HUGE. King size bedroom with three huge closets. Truly so much space and so much storage; it’s absurd! I can leave my bed, towels, and linens if needed. I can also arrange some kind of wardrobe situation if the three closets aren’t enough :)

Huge kitchen with dishwasher and brand new electric stove. Normal size living/dining room with a hall closet. Elevator building! There’s also laundry in the building next door (I will leave my card loaded with $20)! There’s a night-time doorman too.

Room costs $1500 plus wifi and electricity split between roomies (around $40). I’d be willing to help subsidize utilities!

Roommates are a DREAM. They share a bathroom so you just share living space/kitchen! One works in ad sales and the other in graphic design.

No one is staying in the apartment after the lease is up so you’re welcome to renew in July. I am only moving because I found a great apartment closer to work!
