Hi,

I'm renting out my studio apartment, ideally starting March 1st (or earlier). Length of stay is flexible.

It's a great location: just a 5 minute walk from both Penn Station, Port Authority Bus Terminal, the Javits Center, and a 10 minute walk to the Hudson River.

The space is quiet, since it's in the back of the building, and is furnished with a full bed and a table to do work with chairs, and there's a brand new kitchen set, so it's currently set up nicely as a crash spot for people commuting from outside the city.

Utilities are included, and the security deposit is only 50% of the monthly rent. There'd be no lease to sign, so it'd be a flexible month to month situation.
