Fully furnished, couch includes pull-out bed so occasional overnight guests are welcome. One bathroom with the best water pressure in the city! Roof access with a beautiful view of the city and just 2 blocks from Prospect Park.



About the building: we are the top-floor unit in a four-story historic brownstone walk-up in Park Slope. The building is owned by a very kind elderly woman, who has lived in Park Slope for many years. We have an excellent relationship with her, and she is very responsive. Extra storage space is available in the basement.
