Spacious bedroom in a freshly-renovated second floor 4BR/2BR Bed-Stuy building available for move-in Dec 1! The lease runs until May 31, at which point you will have the option of signing on for June 1 2017-18. All of us were the very first tenants to live here, so literally everything in the apartment is brand new and sparkly. The bedroom will not be furnished, but pictures show how I set it up while living here. Two of my roommates are rarely at home (one lives with his girlfriend most times, the other is a commercial pilot who travels for weeks at a time), so even though the bathroom(s) aren’t listed as private, there is hardly any competition for them in the morning. One roommate is a woman, two are men. Everyone is very respectful and chill.
No lease signing or realtor fee required – the property manager of the building (landlord has his office on the first floor) will want to meet with you before you move in.
Utilities not included in $800/mo rent – internet, gas, and power costs usually run $60/month or so. The internet is super fast though.

There are also a bunch of super inexpensive grocery stores, which is great. 3 minute walk from Herbert Von King park, 20 minute walk from main Pratt campus, 30 minute walk from Prospect Park.
