Im a laid back and clean guy in late 20s and looking for a 2nd roommate, be it temporary or long term month to month. Its a first floor 3 bedroom apartment with a full kitchen and living room area. Your room is furnished with a fairly new bed and standard shelving, lamp etc. Additional info below.

--Available furnished (double bed w/ bedding, bedside table, and storage unit...see pics) and has a lock.
--100 yard (30sec) walk to the Kozciusko J stop (JMZ line), only a 20 mins to Manhattan LES (Essex) from our doorstep. L line transfer 13 mins away via the M line or a 20 min walk from the door. A taco truck parks in front of the apartment most nights!
--1 min walk to: laundromat, 3 delis, 2 pizza places, Large Premium Grocery (on block), pharmacy and more.
--5 min walk to: Birdys, Flowers for All Occasions, Happy Fun Hideaway, Lone Wolfe, Looking Glass, Little Skips, another Grocery store, etc.
--Small dishwasher in unit and we love to use the kitchen for the purpose of making and consuming nutrients.
--TV in the living room with futon that pulls out to double bed.
--UTILS (water, electricity, gas, Optimum internet) ARE INCLUDED.
