Girlfriend and I are moving out because our commute changed and our lease has five months remaining.

We'll pay Feb + March + $450 cash to bring the net-effective rent down to $2,500 per month for the remaining 5 months and then you can renew if you wish.


We loved this 2 bed, 1 bath for the historic loft charm and the AMAZING space and storage. You'll be signing a new lease with the building and you have rights to renew.

Outside: Massive super-private back porch that we used for storage, creative projects, and play. We had so much fun watching movies, grilling out and playing table games - so we're leaving the tables, chairs, and lighting. Also leaving massive storage rack because it's awesome and should stay here
