I will be out of town for four months (April - July) and would like to rent my sunny and spacious coop apartment while I am away. Willing to be a little flexible on start and end dates for the right tenant(s), but the move out date is absolutely no later than July 31.

The building is located in the Ditmas Park/Prospect Park South neighborhood of Brooklyn, just south of Prospect Park (less than a 15-minute walk away), near the B/Q trains at Beverley Rd and Church Ave. It's located near great restaurants, bars, several grocery stores, and of course, beautiful Prospect Park!

The apartment itself is large (875 sq ft), has tons of closet space, with a recently renovated kitchen that has a dishwasher. It gets lots of afternoon sun, but there are window-unit air-conditioners in the bedroom and living room to keep it from getting too hot. There is a queen-size bed as well as a foldout sofa for the occasional guests.

The rent includes all utilities (including wi-fi) and a laundry card to use the in-building washer/driers.

This is a fully furnished rental! However, there can be some negotiation about some of the things that stay or go. Cat not included. (Cats are welcome with a refundable deposit, but dogs are not allowed in the building.)

Additional fee

This is a co-op building and a rental agreement is required! Tenant must also provide first and last month's rent.
