This is the absolute best we could find after spending a whole month researching online and looking at units in person for 10 full days. What a pain! You never get the unit people advertise, always fake pictures from another unit.
What you see here is exactly what you get. Actual pictures from this beautiful unit in an amazing building in a perfect location.
Our contract expires December 31, 2019 (11 months left). We are looking for someone to take over, hopefully the remaining period, which can be extended, if needed.

Our unit, as you can see, is very modern and has MASSIVE CLOSET SPACE, (truly hard to find in Manhattan), UNOBSTRUCTED VIEWS, NATURAL LIGHT, AMPLE SPACE, LOTS!! OF PANTRY SPACE, CENTRALLY LOCATED (Hell's Kitchen), DOORMAN, HUGE LOBBY, EASY FREE STREET PARKING (YES!!), closed to Whole Foods and the train stations (1, B, D, F, C, E). As to the building, it is super MODERN, brand new, and offers AMAZING AMENITIES, BEST FULLY EQUIPPED GYM, including rooftop access, lots of grills, private event rooms (yes, multiple), theater, TV/Golf/Pool Table room, and a huge amazing library, to name a few.
Our electric and gas bill (Central AC/heater and gas stove) is only 65-85/month (winter/summer), and that includes having washer/dryer in the unit. The bathroom offers a shower that has so much water pressure, you will love it.
We have furnished the place with everything brand new and modern, and would be willing to sublease it fully furnished, for an extra negotiable fee, or I could sell it, or remove it. Again, we offer flexibility.
Price reflects one free month that I would be willing to offer, if you take over the lease.
