Property Details

A room is available (in a three-bedroom apartment). There is a spare/living room, a split bathroom (toilet in one, shower and sink in the other), a decent sized kitchen, and separate dining area. Located near B, Q, 2, 3, 4, 5, and C trains.

We're close to the Brooklyn Museum, Prospect Park, laundry, yoga studio, and all sorts of restaurants and bars - that said, it's a fairly quiet block.

The available room is small-ish but can accommodate a full size bed, a dresser or desk. It has a ceiling fan, window (admittedly not a ton of natural light), and a small closet.

We're two mature, friendly women in our 30s who mostly do our own thing. We are working professionals (but creative types) who like to keep a clean, quiet, completely drug and smoke free living space. (We also have a rotating cleaning schedule and always pick up after ourselves, no dishes in the sink, etc.) Unfortunately no animals are permitted, or we'd get one in a heartbeat.

Rent is $925 + security deposit. Utilities and household supplies average around $80 each, every month.

Lastly, we're looking for someone to stay for 1 year, if not longer.

Proof of employment required, references would be a plus.
