This beautiful space: This is an end unit so it is larger than most 1 BR spaces in this building. I love this quiet spacious apartment with high ceilings, big windows and modern upscale appliances (Bosch washer/dryer, dishwasher, gas stove). Kitchen is amazing with lots of storage space. Flooring is a lovely light oak and bathroom and kitchen have stone tile. Kitchen has chic black granite countertops. To maximize the closet space and great vertical height, I had custom shelving made. This space is only 3 years old and I was the first tenant.
