Property Details

I'm currently signed on to a 3 bedroom apartment lease with 2 other young professionals (both work in the financial industry) until July 15, 2017. This is my second year in this apartment and have been enjoying the heck out of it. Unfortunately, due to personal reasons, I need to move away from NYC and am looking for someone to sublet starting end of December/start of January until the end of the lease. If things go well, my current roommates love the apartment and if you do as well, I'm sure they'd be interested in renewing it at the end.

The apartment is in the Upper East Side. It's about a 4 minute walk from an express 4,5,6 station, a 3 minute walk from a local 6 train station, and 1 stop away from a station serving NQR. Now, a bit about the apartment itself. It's a HUGE 2 floor 3 bedroom apartment (2200 sqft). Your bedroom would be on the main floor that has the bathroom with the shower (the other floor has 2 bedrooms for the roommates, and their own bathroom without a shower). Your bedroom by itself is large enough to be a studio apartment on its own. I currently have it setup so that is has my dual screen gaming computer, a big couch that opens up into a queen size bed for guests, my actual queen sized bed, lots of cabinets and a built in closet. Even after all of this you have plenty of room for activities. The living room is decently sized, and the kitchen is also huge. The apartment also comes with a backyard patio that you can hang out in when you just want to relax.
