There are three bedrooms in the apartment but one will be empty, so the place will be 2/3s full including you. The other person living in the apartment is a 27 year old guy, he works full time for wework, plays soccer 2-3 times a week, and is relaxed and easy going. The bedroom for rent is small, but cozy and fully furnished (dresser, bed, storage cubies). Washer and drier in the building. The kitchen is open to the living room, there is a gas stove and large fridge. The best part of the apartment is the massive loft style windows that flood the living room and kitchen with natural light. Our windows are north facing so we don’t get direct sun, it’s a very pleasant and even light. Finally, the building has a roof with a panoramic view of Manhattan.

The walk to the Morgan Av L train is about 5 minutes, the Flushing Av M train is a bit further, about a 15 minute walk. The area is a lot of fun, there are tons of interesting restaurants, bars, clubs and live music spots, Fridays and Saturdays are always lively.

The room will be available from February 16th to the end of April. The lease is up at the end of April, but there will be an opportunity to renew or extend it before then.
