Currently our rent is $3775/month until June 16, 2019. Thereafter, you may renew the lease for 1 year at a 1.5% increase ($3831) or for 2 years at a 2% increase ($3850). The building has quoted us that once our lease expires, the apartment will go for $4000+ as per market rate, so it is worth it to get in early with us!
