My studio is on the 18th floor facing north; it has been lived in for less than two years total. I've loved living here, the community is great - I met so many of my neighbors/friends at the pool over the summer after moving from another area. I love the convenience of the gym and in-unit washer/dryer. If you're looking to give LIC a try, this is a sure bet.
