Looking for a roommate for a 2 bed 1 bath apartment located in Greenpoint for immediate occupancy. 2 1/2 year old apt building. The apt itself has tons of storage space and the bedroom for rent is on the smaller side. My current roommate has a queen-sized bed to give you an idea of the size. (see pictures)

Me: I am a 28-year-old female working in the textile/fashion industry. I have "normal" 8-5 hours M-F though I usually work late and often work on Saturdays at a farmer's market as well. I am definitely an introvert but have an active social life and keep busy.

I'm looking for someone 20's or 30's (open to both male and female) who is responsible, clean, respectful, and laid back. I prefer someone who stays busy.

Required are first month's rent and security (1 month's rent.) Utilities are not included but come out to about $75-100/month (internet, electric, and gas)

20 minute walk through McCarren Park to Bedford L.
25 min commute to Midtown.
