My boyfriend and I are leaving our gorgeous 1 bedroom apartment on the TriBeCa end of Battery Park City. It is on the top floor of our part of the building, which offers incredibly high ceilings with lots of light. There is a dog run right out front, washer/dryer on each floor, dishwasher and disposal. Teardrop Park is right outside our door, the Hudson waterfront is one block west, and Brookfield Place, Whole Foods, a brand-new Target, and Regal Cinema are each only a couple of blocks away. The A/C/E and 1/2/3 are easily accessible at the Chambers Street subway station, and many other lines as well as the PATH are within a 10-minute walk at the World Trade Center.

Tribeca Green is an always impeccable eco-friendly doorman building managed by Related Rentals, which has been such an amazing management company -- they offer no deposit as long as you opt for direct debit of rent, or you can alternatively pay rent by credit card and earn points! There is a gym in the building which we have negotiated to be included in our rent. The closet space is unusual for NYC -- a walk in closet AND an additional standard closet are in the bedroom + a linen closet in the bathroom and a double-door coat closet for storage. We feel very lucky to have lived here!

You can take over the lease until it ends July 8th with the option to renew at our base price of $3995 (WE ARE DISCOUNTING $495/MONTH). Flexible on start date.
